Vores politik gælder i 30 dage. Hvis der er gået 30 dage siden dit køb, kan vi desværre ikke tilbyde dig en refusion eller ombytning, men du er velkommen til at kontakte os uanset hvad for at diskutere.
For at være berettiget til returnering skal din vare være ubrugt og i samme stand, som du modtog den. Det skal også være i den originale emballage. For at fuldføre din returnering kræver vi en kvittering eller købsbevis. Send venligst ikke dit køb tilbage, før du har kontaktet vores kundeservice for et referencenummer. Når din returnering er modtaget og kontrolleret, sender vi dig en e-mail for at meddele dig, at vi har modtaget din returnerede vare. Vi vil også give dig besked om godkendelse eller afvisning af din refusion.
Hvis du bliver godkendt, vil din refusion blive behandlet, og en kredit vil automatisk blive påført dit kreditkort eller oprindelige betalingsmetode inden for 7-10 hverdage.
Forsinkede eller manglende refusioner:
Hvis du ikke har modtaget en refusion endnu, skal du først tjekke din bankkonto igen.
Kontakt derefter dit kreditkortselskab, det kan tage noget tid, før din refusion er officielt offentliggjort.
Kontakt derefter din bank. Der går ofte en vis behandlingstid, før en refusion bogføres.

Forsendelse :
For at returnere dit produkt, kontakt venligst kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com for at få en returreference og portoadresse.
Du er selv ansvarlig for at betale for dine egne forsendelsesomkostninger for returnering af din vare. Forsendelsesomkostninger kan ikke refunderes. Hvis du modtager en refusion, vil omkostningerne ved returfragt blive trukket fra din refusion. Afhængigt af hvor du bor, kan den tid, det kan tage for dit ombyttede produkt at nå dig, variere. Hvis du sender en vare over £75, bør du overveje at bruge en sporbar forsendelsesservice eller købe fragtforsikring. Vi garanterer ikke, at vi modtager din returnerede vare.

Hvis du mener, at varen har fejlet for tidligt eller er defekt ved modtagelsen og gerne vil læse et garantikrav, bedes du kontakte kundeservice@rimpactmtb.com og fortælle os det. I tilfælde, hvor produktet er købt gennem en godkendt forhandler – kontakt venligst forhandleren som en første anløbshavn.
