Rimpact EDH/PRO V2 Mix Insert Set
EDH/Pro Tyre Insert Set contains:
- 1x EDH Insert for the rear and 1x PRO V2 Tyre Insert for the front wheel
- 2x 44mm or 55mm Rimpact Insert Compatible Valves or 2x Peaty's Valves (if chosen)
- 2x Vinyl Rim Decal Sheets
This product is a mixture of a lighter PRO V2 Insert that should be run up front and a more protective EDH insert to run in the rear where most harder impacts occur. This way your front tyre can be run at lower pressure for grip without sacrificing support, but the overall set up is ~30g lighter than a full fat EDH set up front and rear.
Both the Rimpact PRO V2 and EDH utilise an Energy Sensitive layer in conjunction with Rimpact ORIGINAL Foam to harden on impact and dissipate extreme forces across itself and the foam below rather than into the rim. The material remains supple and malleable at rest meaning its easy to install yet when it counts, the Pro layer steps it up to maximum protection mode and allows you to ride it out when there's no easy line choice! The EDH sports a wider stance to support your tyres more as well as a thicker protection layer.
Please Note: There is a 'No Valves' product option available in the drop down menu that ships without valves for those who are replacing a set of inserts and already own a pair of Rimpact Unblockable Valves. Rimpact must be used in conjunction to our valve design or with an insert compatible valve such as Peaty's MK2 Valves.
Suitable for rims with an inner width of 25mm to 35mm for the Pro V2 insert and 30mm - 40mm and tyre widths 2.4" - 2.8" for the EDH insert. Please be aware the EDH is optimised around a 2.5" tyre and thus will be very difficult to fit to a 2.4", but definitely possible. Only purchase if you are a proficient DH tyre and Insert installer. Do not purchase if your rims are out side of this spec.
Use about 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is coated with plenty of fluid to spare. Our inserts are closed cell and cannot absorb liquid however some sealant will cling to the outside of the insert requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tyre. Weight: approx for PRO - 160g per insert for 29", 150g approx for 27.5" | for EDH approx 170g for 27.5 and 180g for 29".

Returns Policy if Purchased Direct from RimpactMTB.com:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted our customer service team for a reference number. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds When Purchased Via RimpactMTB.com (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com for a returns reference and postage address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty:
If you believe the item has failed prematurely or is defective upon receipt and would like to peruse a warranty claim, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com and let us know. For instances where the product was purchased through an approved retailer – please contact the retailer as a first port of call. The retailer will then contact Rimpact directly on admin@rimpactmtb.com and await instructions.
Rimpact PRO and Original carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase which covers manufacturer defects or premature failure. It does not cover misuse or damage as a result of incorrect installation. More information is available on our website, www.rimpactmtb.com.
